One request we’ve had from our PagerDuty users would be to have notification settings configuration based on what PagerDuty Service they are from.
Whilst we can amend notification settings based on priority there doesn’t seem to be an easy way of configuring notification rules by Service oppose to severity?
Has anyone else had this use case and what was the best work around? Currently thought process is we could look to treat all incidents into service X as low urgency and the PagerDuty user can then configure preferred notification that way.
